Usually delivered as a twilight session for staff this can now be completed remotely at a time to suit individuals and means every member of staff can have some training in trauma

Course consists of 3 videos plus a workbook – will take approx. 2 hours to complete (longer if all activities suggested are completed). Areas covered include

  • Understand attachment process, how it builds neural pathways
  • Relationships as a buffer for stress
  • Consider why attachment goes wrong
