May 7, 2014For all those revising and studying hard – remember it is good to make a revision timetable – as it is also important that you have time off from study.
Half an hour of concentrated work is better than several hours simply staring at books – revision is active so try some of the following
- make notes on what you are revising
- make a mind map
- put key points on post it notes
- teach someone else (a willing parent for example) what you have just been revising
- ask someone to question you about key facts you’ve just learned
When it is time off try not to think about work – it’s hard but if you can switch off you will be fresher when you return to work.
